As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations, ensuring a fun and secure environment for our guests, while maximizing profitability.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day operations, including table games, food and beverage service, cash handling, and security.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with local authorities and regulatory agencies.
Manage budgets and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
Schedule staff to ensure efficient coverage of all operational needs.
Oversee maintenance and repairs of the facility and equipment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the industry, preferably in a card house environment.
Proven track record of success in increasing revenue and profitability.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in communication and computer skills.
Experience in food and beverage operations is a plus.
