Accounts Receivable Essential Duties Assist with the full accounts receivable process, including generating and sending client invoices, tracking payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.
Collaborate with business partners and team members to address client billing inquiries and provide the necessary documentation.
Perform three-way match for purchase orders, invoices, and goods and services receipts.
Document payment vendor invoicing, approved employee reimbursements, and reviewing payments related to prepaid/paid expenses.
Create in Deltek Surveying & Engineering Project job numbers, including set up billing terms.
Office Support Specialist Essential Duties Documents and ensures compliance with onboarding procedures, including conducting new employee orientation and completing necessary paperwork; I9 documentation and E-Verify.
Assists with employee benefit program.
Assists with life insurance and disability plan.
Assist in timesheet review and process payroll semiweekly.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
Helps Credit card monthly reconciliation.
Provide excellent customer service to MHI partners, employees, vendors, and clients.
Compliance with MHI policies and department procedures.
Perform administrative and other duties as assigned.
