Summary:
Serve as a guide to enhance the customer buying experience.
Matches customers' needs with models and equipment and presents vehicles in terms of customers' interest.
Follows up in a prescribed manner with customers to develop customer loyalty.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming internet, and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads.
Working on internet sale leads by contacting customers and getting appointments set for a dealership visit.
Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Confirm scheduled appointments with future customers.
Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
Establish a knowledge base of accessory packages available to customers Establish a knowledge base regarding all products, services, customer demographics or profiles, and competitive automotive makes and models.
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver's License Driving Record that meets insurance requirements and company policy Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Experience:
One year in a retail environment preferred Hours:
The Salesfloor is open during the following hours:
Monday - Friday 8:
30 AM - 8:
00 PM Saturday 8:
30 AM - 7:
00 PM
